Education: B.Tech. – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 4+ Years (Water & Wastewater Treatment industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive institutional, corporate, and project sales in the water & wastewater treatment segment.
• Generate leads through prospecting, cold calls, client meetings, and corporate alliances.
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and corporate clientsto ensure repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
• Work closely with technical teams for project planning, after-sales support and service delivery.
• Act as Key Account Manager, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, suggesting strategies for increased market share.
• Provide technical presentations & demonstrations to clients.
• Maintain proper sales reports, customer records, and update management on progress.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical background (Mechanical/Water Treatment industry preferred).
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate if required.
